Commitment & Program Details:
Leadership Premier is a 10-month program, running from September to June, and offers participants an intense curriculum of civic information and leadership development, as well as the opportunity to learn how major decisions are made, often from those who are involved with making them. The 2025 program will kick off early to mid-September and will be followed by a two-day (mandatory) overnight retreat; subsequent sessions will then be held one full day per month from approximately 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and attendance for the entire day is expected. In addition to the monthly sessions, participants will be required to complete 3 learning opportunities – each opportunity lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours; participants will also be a part of a Community Impact Project Team – typically each team member will contribute an average of 2 to 4 hours per month, as determined by each team.
