Nikole McWright

Operations Manager

Nikole McWright joined Leadership Howard County in 2018 and provides administrative support and operational assistance. Nikole's background includes experience in the non-profit sector, providing direct care to youth and human resources support. Prior to joining LHC, Nikole worked in the human resources field as a consultant serving a variety of companies across many industries. Nikole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and is also a certified PHR.
