Meg Ignacio
Meg joined LHC in 2016. She is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of Leadership U, LHC’s leadership program for high school students.
Meg has spent the past 14 years doing high level volunteer work with a number of Howard County community nonprofits, schools and youth sports program. Meg has been involved with the Howard County Lacrosse Program for the the past 10 years as the Girl’s Executive Vice President. She also spent many years as a volunteer for Trinity School, FISH of Howard County, Glen Mar United Methodist Church's Vacation Bible School, Elkridge Food Pantry, St. Martin’s Home in Catonsville, and Sarah’s House in Ft. Meade. Meg and her family have been members of the Howard County community for 28 years. Currently, Meg serves as a member of the board of trustees of Trinity School.
Previously, Meg was an information technology professional and manager. She spent 8 years working as an information technology manager for the Social Security Administration in their Office of Information Management and 9 years working in information technology consulting for numerous companies including Martin Marietta. Meg holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany with a minor in Business Administration.
