A panel of local credit union leaders will provide broader insight into what makes them unique and how they add value to our community as not-for-profit cooperative financial institutions. HC Courthouse 9250 Judicial Way, Ellicott CityGet a behind-the-scenes look at the Circuit Court of Howard County. This experience includes a walking tour of the sheriff’s department, a courtroom, jury room, and judge’s chamber. Learn what the circuit court is and how it differs from other courts, who the circuit court serves and how its litigants open a case. As a wrap up, there will be a brief discussion and Q&A with a judge and/or magistrate to learn about their role.
