HC Courthouse 9250 Judicial Way, Ellicott City, MDGet a behind-the-scenes look at the Circuit Court of Howard County. This experience includes a walking tour of the sheriff’s department, a courtroom, jury room, and judge’s chamber. Learn what the circuit court is and how it differs from other courts, who the circuit court serves and how its litigants open a case.
