Leadership Howard County and Association of Community Services are excited to partner with each other to bring a lively community discussion with bestselling author, Jim Ferrell.

Jim Ferrell is a renowned leadership author (known for Leadership and Self-Deception) who founded Withiii Leadership, and his book You and We presents a relational framework for rethinking work and life, shifting focus from individuals to the connections between people to foster better leadership, connection, and problem-solving in a divided world, offering practical tools for better human and organizational connectivity.
