Join us for a virtual information session on Wednesday, January 14th, from 9:00-10:00 a.m. to share more about the program and provide a glimpse into the unique experiences that define our Premier program. This session is featuring a segment with James Zoller from the Office of Agriculture Howard County Government & Executive Secretary Agricultural Preservation Board. He will be discussing (ZRA 217) significant zoning law change enacted in late 2025 to boost agritourism and agribusiness, modernizing rules to allow farms more revenue streams like farm-based B&Bs, outdoor stays, rural event spaces, and alcohol production, while supporting the county’s “HoCo By Design” plan for sustainable agriculture and rural economic growth.
