211 Maryland is a simple, memorable phone number for Marylanders to connect with essential resources throughout the state. It’s a free and confidential service that enables individuals with unmet needs a one-stop access point instead of having to navigate through the sometimes-confusing maze of health and human service agency phone numbers, websites, and community resources.  It allows us to track emerging trends in communities. This will be a virtual listening session to give you a bird’s eye view on the life of a call from beginning to end. You will experience the range of questions and services provided by a United Way of Central Maryland 211 community resource specialist. This Field Experience event will take place virtually via ZOOM.
