SUMMARY:Relational Leadership Workshop with Jim Ferrell
DESCRIPTION:Leadership Howard County and Association of Community Services are excited to partner with each other to bring a lively community discussion with bestselling author\, Jim Ferrell. \nJim Ferrell is a renowned leadership author (known for Leadership and Self-Deception) who founded Withiii Leadership\, and his book You and We presents a relational framework for rethinking work and life\, shifting focus from individuals to the connections between people to foster better leadership\, connection\, and problem-solving in a divided world\, offering practical tools for better human and organizational connectivity. \nCommenting on his most recent publication\, You & We\, Mr. Ferrell states\, ” … (this) is a culmination of all I have learned over my years researching\, training\, advising\, and mentoring leaders and working with them to transform their organizational ecosystems. In a way\, it is a powerful 2.0 to my earlier works—a work that attempts to correct misconceptions and move understanding and application forward in even more dynamic directions. It details not only the best way I have learned to lead and run organizations\, but also the best method for stitching the human family together in the face of our many threats.” \nThank you to our generous sponsor\, APL FCU\, for donating copies of Jim Ferrell’s You and Me book to registered guests who are present during the event. \n  \n\n
