While for almost 25 years I have taken pride in being a Howard County resident, it was almost immediately upon entering LHC class of 2009 when I realized the experience would literally change my life. In recognizing that great leaders do not operate in their own strength, it is comforting to have such an amazing treasure chest of tools and resources of countless possibilities. Not to mention, newfound relationships that I will forever cherish.
Although I started Leadership Howard County with a good familiarity of the organizations making up the county, LHC took my understanding to a whole new level. Since graduating, I have been in contact with many of my classmates as well as the professionals who presented to us throughout the year. Leadership Howard County gave me the opportunity to develop many wonderful friendships and I look forward to continuing our work together to build a stronger Howard County.
