The Leadership experience gave me the foundation and understanding of the County I needed to be an effective leader for Grassroots. Over the years, as an active member I have continued to use the Leadership network to get things done and cultivate professional relationships with business and government leaders. I also enjoy contributing to each new class as a way of sharing what I have learned with emerging community leaders.
Welcome to the new members of the Leadership Howard County Class of 2013!
The program begins September 5, 2012 and will meet in monthly sessions created to raise awareness of the issues and challenges facing our community. Participants will also work in teams on a community impact project that will directly benefit Howard County, and will strengthen their leadership skills and ability to serve the community.
Leadership Howard County (LHC) announces its new affiliation with one of the region’s leading universities in the area of leadership development. Beginning in September 2011, Leadership Essentials – a six-month program for emerging professionals developed by LHC – will become affiliated with Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management.
