Nadia C. Herron
VP Operations

Nadia Herron joined the LHC staff in 2004. She is responsible for managing all aspects of office organization, productivity, and administrative support. She directly supports the President/CEO with Premier program implementation, events, and membership initiatives and engagement. Nadia participates with LHC's Marketing/Communications and Special Events Committee and General Membership Executive Committee.

A native of Howard County, Nadia has built relationships with the community through non-profit work and civic participation. She has actively participated in local programs that promote cultural awareness and diversity. Nadia and her family live in Baltimore County.

Aryelle C. Brooks
Operations and Program Assistant

Aryelle joined us in 2008 and is the newest member of our staff. She grew up in Prince Georges County and is a 2004 graduate from Bowie High School. She provides assistance for Leadership Premier as well as our General Membership. Aryelle is currently studying Business Administration.

Aryelle and her family reside in Anne Arundel County.
