Think back to when you first joined the Leadership Howard County- Leadership Essentials program. Why did you decide to participate? Maybe it was because Leadership Howard County offered a tremendous opportunity to enhance your personal and professional development. Maybe your reason was to be better informed about community issues so youd be able to get more involved and make a positive contribution. Maybe it was to have fun and meet new and interesting people. The reasons you got involved in the first place are the same reasons you should stay involved as an Alumni Member of the Essentials program.
