Director of Youth Programs

Diane is new to LHC, having just started in June of 2009.  She is primarily responsible for the overall planning and implementation of Leadership Howard County's (LHC) two youth programs, Leadership U (LU) and Youth on Board (YOB).

Diane has over 15 years of senior level management and professional experience in the areas of training and development, project management and human resources working with several Columbia based firms, including Rockpointe, Columbia MedCom Group and Ryland Mortgage Company. She has served on the Board of several organizations including Temple Isaiah, and Atholton High School PTSA as well as volunteering with numerous Columbia-based groups.

Whether Chairing the Scholastic book fair for Pointers Run ES in Clarksville or Career Day at Atholton High School, volunteering for Healthy Howard Day or the HC DrugFree teen job fair, Diane brings a positive, can-do attitude, that will serve her well with LHC.

Diane lives in Clarksville with her husband and two daughters.
